We strive to keep our packaging sustainable and eco-friendly. Our boxes and packaging materials are made from recycled materials and are biodegradable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to resolve any issues and provide you with a replacement or refund as needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At LilliLuxe Botanicals, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
